Abstract: Being important for improving the quality of information transfer, matters of quick diagnosis of traffic features in IP-networks are studied. To solve the tasks of network administration, monitoring of routers and other equipment of trunk networks, and reveal system abnormal behavior or network disturbance the network state is analyzed. The type of network disturbance, unreasonable growth or drop in traffic intensity, changes in stationary character of traffic, excessive increase in intensive use of single network parts, etc., are revealed. The solution of such problems is often based on subjective methods used in the long course of work. Software means enabling to automate this process is described in the paper.

Abstract: Processes of conductive drying of fabric materials and liquid dispersions in heated drums under temperatures lower and higher than 100 ?C are studied. The peculiarities of temperature plateaux on the kinetic drying curves are shown. The possibility of using engineering calculations of conductive drying of these materials is proved.

Abstract: The problem of calculating thermal-hydroacoustic resistance of autooscilating perturbed motion of reacting gas in combustion chambers of heat engineering plants is considered. This motion is the result of influence of acoustic and heat perturbation on working body. In order to determine the borders of resistance the possibility of finding Lyapunov’s function and Lagrangian function is analyzed. Comparative analysis of their application to the processes in power engineering plants is carried out. It is shown that Lagrangian method can be successfully used for determining borders of thermal-hydroacoustic resistance in pulsating combustion apparatuses with aerodynamic valve. The equation for calculating resonance frequency is obtained on the basis of this method. The equation enables to solve the problem of optimization of geometric sizes as well.

Abstract: The paper discusses basic regularities of forming maintenance characteristics of granular zeolite sorbents (GZS) dependent on physical chemical, structural mechanical and sorption structural properties of argillaceous cohesive substances used in obtaining zeolite sorbents. Mechanisms of diffusion and formation of CZS resistance characteristics as well as semi-empirical expressions for calculating effective diffusion coefficients of adsorbate apors and sorbent resistance are considered. Quantitative evaluations of used in drying GZS have been obtained. It has been established that the mineral nature and efficient unit surface are the main features of argillaceous cohesive substances that influence the formation of GZS maintenance characteristics. In addition, a number of specific factors having significant influence over GZS maintenance properties are mentioned and discussed.

Abstract: Empiric double water potentials accounting for non-electrostatic constituent of hydrogen bond are studied. The sensitivity of obtained through computer experiment functions of radial distribution to this constituent is analyzed. Model potentials in which location and height of the first and second peaks of radial distribution oxygen-hydrogen function coincide with experimental ones are obtained.

Abstract: The new geometrically exact multilayered shell models are considered. These models are based on the objective strain-displacement relationships represented in the local curvilinear coordinates and, therefore, may be used for the formulation of effective curved multilayered shell elements. However, the practical use of such elements require the development of constitutive equations, in order to overcome Poisson thickness and volumetric locking phenomena. For this purpose three types of the material stiffness matrix are studied.

Abstract: The influence of load and temperature on the life cycle of soft roof materials is studied. From the point of kinetic concept of durability the regularities of their destruction are found out and values of physical constants for all types of bitum compositions are obtained. The express-method of forecasting life cycle of soft roof materials with the account of factual operating conditions is proposed.

Abstract: The process equipment, placed in manufacturing buildings, essentially influences the process of formation of reflected noise fields of rooms. The presence of the equipment results in reduction of an average length of free path of sound beams and change of average factors of a sound absorption of a room. In the end it has an influence on distribution of sound-levels pressure. The report deals with the technique of an estimation of average factors of a sound absorption inside the premises with the equipment based on use of method of ray tracing.

Abstract: Main points of the theory of power are given in the paper on the basis of wide theoretical material. Abstract: Analytical predicative structures in the German language are studied. The object of research is substantive-predicative word combinations of analytical type which are denoted as word combinations of functional verbs in terms of German grammar theory and studied in the course of the German language development. Information full functional verbs and their structures are in the focus of attention since they haven’t been properly studied so far. Language units are described from the point of semasiology; their pragmatic peculiarities are highlighted, thus providing new ways of their systemization. Both traditional and innovative approaches to the research of language analytism are used.
