Abstract: The method of experimental determination of binder flow parameters in the cure of items made of polymer composite materials is proposed. Abstract: Method of thermal physical non-destructive control over temperature and time characteristics of structural transformations (phase; relaxation) in polymer materials is developed. The method is based on analytical solutions of a number of mathematical models of heat transfer processes in the examined body for working parts of several thermograms, fixed both at the stage of heating and cooling. Application of the method is shown in examination of solid phase polymer transformations in ïîëèòåòðàôòîðýòèëåí and carbonized ïîëèòåòðàôòîðýòèëåí.

Abstract: Description of new non-contact aerodynamic method of viscosity control is given. The essence of the method is that the surface of controlled liquid is influenced by periodical sequence of pneumatic impulses with variable frequency. The frequency variation keeps on until the amplitude of oscillations of liquid surface reaches the point of contact with the stream of given value. The design of electro-pneumatic generator forming periodical sequence of pneumatic impulses is proposed.

Abstract: Solution to the task of mixing process stability in triple gaseous mixture for vertical cylinder of finite height (diffusion canal) is given. The comparison of Relay’s numbers calculated in linear approximation with regard for concentration gradient is indicated. Theoretical results were compared with experimental data obtained in two-flask apparatus with cylinder diffusion canal for the system 0,3He + 0,7Ar – N2 (concentrations are in molar fractions).

The efficiency of the suggested methodology recommended in scientific research and engineering design is shown.

Abstract: The so-called range has been widely used for estimation of the amount of process standard deviation since the development and implementation of Statistical Quality Control (SQC), known as Statistical Process Control (SPC). Since the size of range is a biased estimate of standard deviation the so-called adjustment factors (correction factors) are used to estimate process standard deviation according to average range amount. The possibility of using d2 tables containing the required “correction” factor is discussed in the paper.

Abstract: In practice solution results of the cutting values optimisation problem are often not flexible enough to choose for the concrete decision making in the workshop. Beyond single set of the optimal cutting values f*, vc*, there are ranges of vital interest around them, i.e., reasonable decision making intervals. Based on Koch (1988), a new approach to get better, flexible solutions for the machining problem is presented. The original general and a simplified mathematical models for the decision making scope with predetermined risk are formulated. For a known example the optimum ranges for the simplified mathematical model are obtained and introduced.

Abstract: Gender and sex differences in troubleshooting styles and tactics, personality peculiarities of male and female managers and reasons for conflicts are considered. The effect of the degree of conflictness of male and female managers on their subordinates is shown. It should be taken into consideration that the peculiarities of psychological coping with conflicts depend on gender and age characteristics, the area of management and importance of conflicts consequences on the person. The results of the work show the existence of significant sex, personality and gender differences in troubleshooting which is crucial for management and should be taken into account in business so as to improve its efficiency.
